A place where you can cry when you need to cry, laugh when you need to laugh, and lay down the burdens you’ve been carrying. A place where you can breathe freely, be radically honest, and feel fully seen and supported.

I lead sessions with care, warmth, and humanity. I strive to create an environment that is uniquely tailored to you and your partner whether that means mapping your conflict cycle, practicing communication skills, or using the sandtray to reconnect your inner worlds.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and change, though obstacles can get in the way. Together, we will gently work through those barriers. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support and I am honored to walk alongside you in strengthening your bond.
